I was so happy to find a source for home made German cold cuts as we like to have a traditional cold German supper on Christmas Eve. This schinken was so tasty and it was well packaged. The shrink wrap and iced cooker did the job. My husband said this may have been the best smoked meat he had ever had! The dinner was a success!,
