Perfect Rye Bread for a Grilled Reuben!!

OMG! The only way I eat rye bread is when making a grilled Reuben and this is absolutely the best rye I have ever experienced. There are no seeds, the bread has a very mild flavor and when it is grilled, the crunchiness of the toasted bread never turns soggy with the sauerkraut, corned beef and melted baby Swiss cheese. I will be ordering 2 loaves next time around and it freezes until ready to use.
